SPINEgroup® is a medical rehabilitation clinic providing physiotherapy, chiropractic, functional medicine and medical pain management. We are dedicated to excellence in managing neck, low back, spine and musculoskeletal joint pain. Our head office is located in Vaughan, Ontario.
Our team of chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapy, medical physicians and other health professionals, work together to achieve the best clinical outcomes for your neck, low back (spine) or chronic pain disorders. SPINEgroup® accomplishes this through our innovative “performance based” approach which is unique to most traditional med-rehab physiotherapy and chiropractic clinics. To achieve the best results, we ensure you receive a proper diagnosis for your spine, back, joint and/or neck pain condition; we ensure you are triaged to the appropriate program and evidence based treatment protocol with a discharge plan and that you are case managed throughout the course of your treatment. Most importantly we measure and report on your progress and evaluate the results against expected targets. This ensures our clinical team can provide you with optimal quality of care.
Spine pain and spine related disorders are among the most common, costly and disabling problems in Canada. Spine related disorders are defined as the group of conditions that include back pain, neck pain, many types of headache, radiculopathy, some causes of vertigo and other conditions directly related to the spine. Nearly all of our population is affected by spine pain at some point in their life.

- OHIP-insured individuals who are 65+, 19 and younger, ODSP/OW or post recent hospitalization for publicly funded physiotherapy

Dr. Connie D’Astolfo, DC, PhD(c)
Chiropractor and Clinical Director, brings a wealth of expertise from the fields of Chiropractic, Rehabilitation, Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Functional Medicine and Evidence based Health Research. Dr. D’Astolfo is committed to exceed your expectations and guide you through improving your health.

Rozina is a Resident Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario. She is an enthusiastic, compassionate and empathetic therapist and believes in delivering high standard of care to every patient. Rozina has experience in treating patients with various conditions like musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, neurology and incorporates active participation of patients in rehab to achieve their physiotherapy and wellness goals.
Andrew studied his Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario and completed his Bachelor of Science degree at University of Toronto.
Andrew has completed his post graduate courses in Acupuncture and Vestibular Disorders.
Andrew has experience treating a variety of conditions including, but not limited to, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, low-mid back pain, plantar fasciitis, tennis/golfer’s elbow, post-op hip/knee/elbow replacement, TMJ disorders, vertigo and more.
Dhara graduated with a Master’s degree of Physiotherapy in Neurological & Psychosomatic Disorders. Dhara has published articles in International Journals. She is a Resident Physical Therapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She has a vast experience of treating patients of all ages with diverse Musculoskeletal, Neurological as well as Cardiovascular conditions.
Ramiz (Ram) brings over a decade of RMT experience to our clinic. Ram graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto. Aside from traditional Swedish massage techniques, Ram is specializing in fascial release and manipulation for various post injury musculoskeletal conditions.
Reza is a registered dietitian with over eight years experience in diverse health care settings, specializing in the prevention and management of chronic diseases. He is a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario, Dietitians of Canada and Consulting Dietitians.
Jade is a Medical Office Administration graduate from Seneca College. As a certified Personal Support Worker and her experience working with complex seniors, Jade understands the importance of rehabilitation and exercise to improve one’s well-being.
Mary has joined our team working as a Medical Office Administrator. She is passionate about helping patients. With her combined medical and business experience, she is committed to always doing her best to assist both our patients and team with a sincere level of care, empathy, and compassion.

Community (OHIP) Physiotherapy Clinic
