Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT)

Treatment plans are dependant on having a clear understanding of your diagnosis and  developed on a case to case basis.  Our program addresses your vestibular condition from multiple perspectives including  physical rehabilitation (balance training), Visual tracking, cognitive training, psychological counselling (CBT), spinal manipualtion, spinal decompression therapy (if vertigo is cervicogenic)  and animal assisted rehab.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Improved coordination and balance
  • Reduction in vertigo episodes

The Vestibular Therapy program is delivered over the course of 16 weeks.
